Clinical Care Manager

Lead with impact as Care Manager. Inspire and support the clinical team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care every day. You’ll work closely with nurses, carers, residents, and families to ensure everyone feels valued, heard, and cared for.
Create a positive, inclusive workplace. Foster a culture where your team can grow, share ideas, and take pride in their work, while upholding high clinical standards through quality improvement, compliance, and best-practice leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care.
- Oversee person-centred care planning and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
- Support staff development through mentoring and coaching.
- Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in a senior clinical or leadership role within aged care.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care practices.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams effectively.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
