Clinical Care Manager - The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and clinically strong Care Manager to join a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider.

This is an opportunity for an experienced clinical leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing teams and taking ownership of clinical quality. You'll play a key role in strengthening clinical practice, supporting staff and ensuring residents continue to receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care.

• Provide strong clinical leadership across the home
• Oversee clinical governance and quality of care
• Support and mentor RNs and care staff
• Monitor clinical indicators, incidents and areas for improvement
• Drive continuous improvement and best-practice initiatives
• Oversee care planning, assessments and clinical documentation
• Support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Build accountability and clinical capability across the team

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical leadership experience within residential aged care
• Previous Care Manager, Clinical Manager or similar experience preferred
• Confident overseeing clinical governance and quality outcomes
• Strong understanding of aged care compliance and regulatory requirements
• Supportive and approachable leadership style
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
