About the Opportunities

E4 People are recruiting for a range of Clinical Management opportunities on behalf of large aged care providers across Regional Victoria, including Bendigo, Mildura and Echuca. Working closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team, you will oversee clinical operations, support care teams, and drive high-quality, person-centred care outcomes.

These opportunities are ideal for experienced Registered Nurses or Clinical Care Coordinators looking to step into senior leadership roles and further develop their careers within supportive aged care organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong clinical leadership and day-to-day support to nursing and care teams
  • Oversee clinical assessments, documentation and care planning processes
  • Support clinical governance, compliance and best practice care delivery
  • Monitor clinical indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead incident management, risk mitigation and quality initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Mentor and develop nurses and care staff to strengthen capability and confidence
  • Contribute to accreditation readiness and ongoing regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator, Clinical Care Manager, or senior nurse within residential aged care
  • Strong understanding of aged care standards, clinical governance and compliance
  • Passion for leadership, mentoring and team development
  • Confident clinical decision-making and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement
  • Experience with accreditation processes, AN-ACC funding, or quality systems will be highly regarded, however support and training will be provided.
