Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all clinical operations across the facility.

  • Oversee AN-ACC optimisation, clinical documentation accuracy, and funding alignment.
  • Provide strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and performance management to the clinical team.
  • Manage clinical incidents, audits, risk processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience in a Care Manager / Clinical Care Manager role within Residential Aged Care – essential.
  • Strong understanding of accreditation requirements, aged care compliance, and clinical governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary clinical teams.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and achieving positive accreditation outcomes.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – desirable but not essential.
  • Sound understanding of AN-ACC funding, documentation, and compliance requirements.

  • $10K relocation support package.
  • Over $10K retention bonus after 18 months.
  • Structured Monday to Friday leadership role with work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to lead a service through accreditation and strengthen clinical and operational standards.
  • Long-term stability within a supportive and well-established organisation.
  • The chance to make a genuine impact within a resident-focused aged care environment.
