We are seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to deliver hands-on education and professional development programs across a network of residential aged care homes. The role focuses on ensuring staff are confident, competent, and compliant with aged care standards while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
You will work closely with leadership teams to implement education initiatives, mentor nursing staff, and contribute to improving overall resident outcomes. This is a flexible role that blends home-based preparation with practical, onsite teaching across multiple facilities, ideal for a dynamic RN who enjoys building capability and confidence in teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored clinical education programs to nursing staff.
- Support staff competency, mentoring, and professional growth.
- Align training initiatives with organisational goals, compliance requirements, and best-practice standards.
- Monitor and evaluate education outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide onsite support and guidance across multiple residential aged care homes.
- Foster positive relationships with staff, leadership, and residents to encourage engagement and learning.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) – essential.
- Proven experience in clinical education or staff development within aged care or healthcare.
- Ability to design, implement, and deliver practical, hands-on training programs.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of aged care compliance, accreditation, and quality standards highly desirable.
- $115,000 – $130,000 Superannuation.
- Company car provided to support travel between sites.
