Description

A well-established Residential Aged Care provider with services near Howlong and Jindera is seeking an experienced and clinically capable Clinical Manager/Educator to join the team during an exciting period of growth.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a supportive, knowledgeable and hands-on clinical leader who thrives in mentoring others and improving clinical practice. You will play a pivotal role in leading clinical governance and staff education across two Residential Aged Care homes, helping employees develop while ensuring residents receive exceptional, evidence-based care every step of the way.
If you are passionate about education, quality improvement and developing clinical teams, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact while growing your leadership career.

About the Role
As the clinical lead across two Residential Aged Care homes, you will provide advanced clinical leadership, oversee governance activities and deliver education that strengthens resident outcomes.
This role combines clinical governance, staff education, quality improvement and workforce development within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Working closely with Facility Managers and senior leadership, you will support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards while mentoring nursing teams and embedding best practice across both services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical governance across two Residential Aged Care homes
  • Deliver annual education, induction and competency programs for clinical staff
  • Drive clinical audits, risk management and quality improvement initiatives
  • Analyse clinical data to identify trends and improve resident outcomes
  • Mentor and support nurses to deliver evidence-based, person-centred care
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and clinical performance management
  • Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Act as Facility Manager when required

About You

You are a knowledgeable, supportive and highly organised clinical leader who genuinely enjoys mentoring others and improving clinical practice.
You will also bring:
  • Previous experience in a Clinical Manager, Clinical Educator or Clinical Care Manager role
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience delivering clinical education in Residential Aged Care
  • Confidence leading accreditation, audits and quality improvement initiatives
  • Minimum five years post-registration experience, including clinical leadership
  • Experience within Residential Aged Care

What's on Offer
  • Newly created leadership role across two Residential Aged Care homes
  • Paid AHPRA registration and Australian College of Nursing membership
  • Salary packaging benefits plus Meal & Entertainment card
  • Flexible work arrangements with travel across both services
  • Supportive leadership team focused on professional development
  • Opportunity to influence education and clinical practice across multiple homes

About E4 People

E4 People has been a specialist healthcare recruitment partner since 2012. Over the past decade we have built deep relationships across aged care, allied health, and hospital settings throughout Australia. When you work with us, you get more than a single job opening. What this looks like in practice:
  • A dedicated consultant who works with you on your career, not just this role
  • Honest market insight on salary, growth and where the sector is moving
  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage—we never share your details without permission
  • Ongoing support after placement because the right fit matters beyond your start date
We are proud that many of the candidates we place return to us years later for their next career move. That is the standard we aim for on every search.
