We're partnering with a well-established aged care provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Manager for a large residential aged care home in Coolum Beach.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of clinical operations across a large home, lead and develop a substantial clinical team, and work closely with the Facility Manager to drive high standards of care and resident outcomes.

About the Role
As Clinical Manager and 2IC, you'll play a key role in the overall leadership of the home, with responsibility for clinical governance, team leadership, compliance and quality outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring and developing a large team of RNs, ENs and Care Staff
• Overseeing clinical governance, care delivery, quality and compliance
• Driving continuous improvement and supporting accreditation readiness
• Monitoring clinical outcomes and ensuring high standards of resident care
• Building strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
• Supporting workforce planning, reporting and day-to-day operations
• Working closely with the Facility Manager on the overall performance of the home
• Acting as a key clinical leader and 2IC when required

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (required)
• Previous experience as a Clinical Manager, Care Manager, NUM or similar (required)
• Strong knowledge of Australian aged care legislation, quality standards and clinical governance
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of clinical risk, compliance and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
