Agency Contract
Gladstone Mental Health Case Management is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse (Grade 6) for an agency contract commencing ASAP through to 22 February 2026.

📍 Contract Details

• Location: Gladstone Hospital, QLD
• Modified Monash Model: MM3
• Contract Dates: ASAP – 22.02.2026
• Nursing Level: CN Nurse Grade 6
• Hours: 76 hours per fortnight
• Operating Hours: Monday to Friday (Day shifts)
• Shift Agreement: Must agree to 8-hour shift breaks
• Nurse On Call: No
• Contract Rates: $76.13 per hour

• Proven experience in Mental Health Case Management
• Adult Mental Health experience essential
• Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills

• Current AHPRA registration
• Valid Driver’s Licence (essential)

• Accommodation: Shared accommodation provided

  • Travel covered each way for commencement and completion of contract
  • Tax receipts must be provided
• Travel must occur within 2 days of contract start and end dates
