📍 Inner West, Sydney
🕒 Part-Time – 4 Days per Week
💰 $57 – $60 per hour Super NFP Salary Packaging

We’re partnering with a large, well-established not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to support residential aged care teams across the Inner West region.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to step into a regional education role, where you’ll support around 10 residential aged care homes, helping to uplift clinical standards, capability, and confidence across care teams — all with the backing of an experienced and supportive manager.

🌟 The Opportunity

• Part-time role (4 days per week)
• Regional position supporting multiple homes across the Inner West
• Based out of a central office, with travel to sites as required
• Play a key role in delivering clinical education, training, and ongoing support
• Work closely with care teams to embed best practice and continuous improvement

• Deliver clinical education and training to RNs, ENs, and care staff
• Support facilities with clinical standards, policies, and best practice
• Provide onsite coaching, mentoring, and support when required
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the region
• Work collaboratively with an experienced management and quality team

• AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential)
• Proven experience working as a Clinical Nurse Educator in Residential Aged Care
• Strong clinical knowledge and passion for education and development
• Confident working across multiple sites
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Attractive hourly rate: $57 – $60 per hour
