Looking for a leadership role where you can genuinely make an impact?
 
We are partnering with a well-established aged care provider in the South Burnett region to recruit an experienced Clinical Nurse / Senior Registered Nurse for a full-time permanent opportunity within a medium-sized residential aged care facility.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive leadership team in a stable, community-focused environment where quality care and resident wellbeing come first.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership across the facility while supporting staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and mentoring nursing and care teams
  • Overseeing clinical documentation and medication management
  • Supporting resident admissions, care planning and clinical reviews
  • Driving quality and compliance initiatives
  • Assisting with workforce planning and staff development
  • Promoting a positive and supportive team culture
 
About You
You will bring:
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential aged care
  • Previous clinical leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of AN-ACC and aged care accreditation standards
  • Experience in wound management and clinical documentation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening
  • Full Australian working rights (sponsorship NOT available)
