Community Physiotherapist | Adult & Aged Care | Company Car + $12k Bonus!

Sunshine Coast, Queensland

Details

briefcase-regular-1   Work Type: Permanent

square-dollar-regular   Salary Range: $90,001 - $100,000

heart-circle-plus-regular   Whats on Offer:

Description

Our client is an established community-based allied health provider supporting clients across the Sunshine Coast through mobile, in-home and community rehabilitation.

The team works across Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology and other allied health disciplines, with a strong focus on holistic, person-centred care.

Why this Role:

This role would suit a Physio who enjoys getting out into the community and wants autonomy without losing access to clinical support and an established multidisciplinary team.

You will have access to:

  • Company vehicle provided for community travel
  • Salaries from $78,000 - $110,000 + super!
  • Weekly mentoring with senior clinicians
  • $12,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly!)
  • $2,000 annual CPD allowance
  • Internal CPD including in-services, case conferencing, peer support and specialist workshops
  • No traditional individual billable-hours or billable-revenue KPI
  • Flexible diary management and autonomy over your working week
  • Full-time or part-time flexibility across 4 to 5 days
  • Multidisciplinary support across a broad allied health team
  • Annual performance and salary review process
  • Strong administrative and operational support
  • Laptop and uniforms provided
  • 50% staff and immediate family discount across associated allied health services
  • Employee Assistance Program for employees and family
  • Company-paid parental leave and flexible return-to-work arrangements
Physiotherapists have complete autonomy over their diary while remaining connected to senior clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team!

About the Role:

This is a community Physiotherapist position supporting clients primarily across NDIS and Home Care funding streams.

Your week may include:
  • In-home and community-based Physiotherapy appointments
  • Supporting clients with mobility, pain management, function and independence goals
  • Working predominantly across NDIS and Home Care caseloads
  • Collaborating with OTs, Speech Pathologists and other allied health clinicians
  • Managing your own diary and travel schedule across the Sunshine Coast
  • Full-time or part-time options across 4 to 5 days per week
  • Using a company-provided vehicle for community appointments
The role offers a high degree of clinical autonomy without a traditional individual billable-hours KPI, with performance focused more broadly on quality documentation, collaboration, referrals, initiative and holistic client care.

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Current Australian driver’s licence
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Comfortable delivering Physiotherapy across home and community settings
If you are looking for a community Physio role where you can manage your own week, work directly with clients in their everyday environments and still have regular clinical support around you, this is worth a conversation.

You will be joining an established multidisciplinary provider with a strong community footprint, structured development opportunities and a company vehicle that makes mobile work considerably easier.

  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage
  • We do not share your details without permission
