We are currently receiving increased demand from established aged care providers across QLD and Australia who are seeking experienced professionals to step in and support short-term gaps, leadership transitions, leave coverage and operational needs.

We’re looking for:

✔ Clinical Nurses
✔ Clinical Care Managers
✔ Care Managers
✔ Facility Managers
✔ Senior Registered Nurses with leadership experience

Requirements:
✔ Current AHPRA Registration
✔ Strong residential aged care experience
✔ Experience supporting teams, mentoring staff and leading clinical outcomes
✔ Confidence across clinical governance, care planning, audits and compliance
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Flexibility to work across different environments and locations
