Facility Manager – Aged Care | Contract Role

📍 Regional NSW | 61-Bed Home | $160,000–$170,000 Package

🌟 The Opportunity You’ll join a stable 61-bed home with solid systems in place and a team that’s ready for strong, positive leadership. Your focus will be on culture, clinical oversight, and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care.
With an ASAP start available (or January if preferred), this role suits an experienced leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making an immediate impact.

• Clear structure: FM → RN Team → Care Staff
• Collaborative leadership team and strong organisational backing
• Short-term onsite accommodation available for the successful candidate

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the home runs smoothly
• Lead, support, and mentor the clinical and care teams
• Maintain compliance, quality systems, and strong resident outcomes
• Build a positive, cohesive workplace culture
• Partner closely with senior leaders in continuous improvement initiatives

• Leadership experience within residential aged care (essential)
• Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and aged care standards
• Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
• Passionate about driving quality care and supporting your team
• AHPRA Registered Nurse preferred, not essential

• Salary package: $160,000–$170,000 (incl. super) depending on experience
• 3-month contract with a strong chance of extension
