🌟 The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Governance, the Education Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping clinical education strategy and uplifting workforce capability across multiple homes.
You’ll lead and support a team of Clinical Nurse Educators (CNEs), working closely with operational and clinical leaders to ensure education programs are practical, embedded, and aligned with current standards and best practice.

With stable homes and strong leadership already in place, this role allows you to focus on continuous improvement, mentoring, and meaningful outcomes.

• Provide strategic oversight of clinical education across multiple aged care homes
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Clinical Nurse Educators
• Ensure education frameworks align with accreditation standards and best practice

• Support change initiatives and quality outcomes across services

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA (essential)
• Strong background in clinical education, quality, or governance within aged care
• Proven experience leading or influencing education across multiple sites
• Confident communicator with a collaborative, supportive leadership style
• Passionate about staff development, resident outcomes, and best practice
