The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing safe, high-quality, resident-centred nursing care
• Completing clinical assessments, care documentation, progress notes, and care plans
• Administering medications and treatments in line with resident needs and clinical guidelines
• Monitoring resident health changes and escalating concerns appropriately
• Supporting wound care, falls prevention, infection control, and quality improvement activities
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Working collaboratively with RNs, allied health professionals, and care teams
• Supporting compliance with the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
• Contributing to a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement initiatives

• Hold a Diploma In Nuring with a current AHPRA registration as a Divison 2 Enrolled Nurse 
• Have residential aged care experience (ideally 2 years, however all experience levels considered)
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and confidence with medication management
• Present professionally and communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
• Understand the importance of quality documentation, governance, and compliance
• Are proactive, reliable and committed to ongoing learning
• Are interested in developing into future senior clinical or leadership roles
