Casual Enrolled Nurse (EN) – Aged Care Agency | Sale, Victoria

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Enrolled Nurses (ENs) for casual agency shifts in residential aged care settings.

About the Role
As an Agency EN, you will work across a variety of aged care facilities, providing high-quality nursing care and support to residents. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to expand your clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred nursing care in line with facility policies
• Administer medications and perform clinical duties within EN scope
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Accurately complete documentation and progress notes
• Support care staff and collaborate with Registered Nurses
• Adapt quickly to different work environments and teams

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Minimum 6–12 months experience in aged care (preferred)
• Current police check and relevant vaccinations (including flu & COVID-19, if required)
• Strong clinical and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new facilities
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach
