A unique opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Manager to take a senior leadership position within a well-established, community-focused aged care organisation in Melbourne, VIC.

As Executive Manager, you’ll provide overall leadership across the Home, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, care quality, compliance, workforce, financial performance and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive performance, strengthen culture and execute strategic priorities, while ensuring residents and families remain at the centre of everything the organisation does.
This is a highly visible leadership position suited to an experienced aged care leader who enjoys being hands-on, collaborative and influential, with the opportunity to make a genuine impact across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall operational performance across the Home.
- Provide visible leadership across clinical, operational and support functions.
- Build a high-performance, person-centred culture.
- Drive strong relationships with residents, families, staff and the wider community.
- Oversee clinical governance, quality, compliance, risk and accreditation.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, development and performance management.
- Monitor budgets, occupancy, AN-ACC, staffing and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and organisational change.
- Work closely with senior leadership and the Committee of Management on strategic priorities.
- Lead the Home through upcoming renovations and the re-registration process.
- Strong experience in a senior operational leadership role within residential aged care.
- Strong understanding of aged care operations, clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and building positive workplace cultures.
- Commercially aware, with experience across budgets, occupancy, workforce and operational performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A visible, approachable leader who genuinely puts residents and families at the centre of decision-making.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic direction.
