What You’ll Own
- Full-cycle Recruitment & Account Management (360°): Manage end-to-end recruitment for nursing and allied-health roles, from sourcing through onboarding, including interviews, reference and compliance checks, rostering and scheduling coordination.
- Business Development & Client Partnerships: Build and deepen relationships with existing clients, while identifying and securing new healthcare clients. Use our advanced CRM, rostering software and client portal to manage workflows and deliver exceptional service.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our internal marketing, finance, operations and compliance teams to deliver a seamless candidate and client experience. Use data and insights to shape approach and drive measurable sales and business growth.
- Employer Brand & Candidate Experience: Help build our brand and shape the candidate experience, deliver the kind of candidate and client experience our strong culture and operational excellence promise.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated track record in recruitment, ideally in healthcare or related industries.
- Strong commercial awareness, a consultative mindset and the ability to manage relationships end-to-end, from candidate to client.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Australian working rights (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or on a valid residency pathway).
