An exciting leadership opportunity has become available for an experienced Facility Manager to step into a 6-month contract within a respected not-for-profit aged care organisation, leading a well-supported medium-sized home.

About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will take full accountability for the operational, financial and clinical performance of the home.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility
• Leading, mentoring and supporting clinical and non-clinical teams
• Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
• Managing budgets, workforce planning and occupancy levels
• Driving continuous improvement and maintaining audit readiness
• Building strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders

About You
• Proven experience as a Facility Manager or senior aged care leader
• Strong understanding of aged care compliance and governance
• Financial and operational management capability
• Confident leading teams and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Committed to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
