Facility Manager – Aged Care
Join a large, well-established aged care provider to lead a large residential home supported by a strong and experienced leadership structure.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care leader to step into a stable, fully compliant service, with the next accreditation not due until 2026. You’ll be supported by a dedicated clinical and quality team, allowing you to focus on leadership, culture and operational excellence.

Competitive salary on offer: $170,000 – $190,000 Super
 
About the Role
As Facility Manager, you will have full operational and clinical oversight of the home, leading a structured team and ensuring high standards of care, compliance and performance.
You’ll work closely with Clinical Managers and the Quality & Education Manager to maintain excellent outcomes for residents, staff and the organisation.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations of a large aged care home
• Oversee clinical, care and quality performance
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Prepare home for next accreditation in 2026
• Lead and support Clinical Managers and QEM
• Drive team culture, engagement and retention
• Manage budgets, reporting and operational targets
• Maintain high standards of resident-centred care
• Collaborate with regional and executive leaders

• Experience as a Facility Manager in aged care
• Strong understanding of aged care compliance
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams
• Strong operational and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
