Description

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to take full operational leadership of a medium-sized residential aged care facility in Alexandra Hills. This is a key leadership role suited to a strong operator who can balance clinical governance, team leadership, and financial performance.

• Drive occupancy, financial performance, and budget management
• Lead accreditation readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Facility Manager / Residential Manager in aged care
• Registered Nurse (desirable, not essential depending on experience)
• Strong understanding of aged care compliance, accreditation, and governance
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, occupancy, and operational performance
• Confident leader with the ability to build, mentor, and retain teams
