Facility Manager | $170k – $200k Super | Medium-sized Home

The salary $170,000 – $200,000 Super

The opportunity As Facility Manager, you’ll run the home end-to-end. You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive compliance and clinical governance, and deliver great outcomes for residents and families. You’ll also be well supported by head office across clinical, quality, HR and finance so you can focus on leadership, culture and performance.
What you’ll be doing

• Lead day-to-day operations with a strong clinical governance focus
• Drive compliance, quality outcomes and continuous improvement
• Build an engaged, high-performing culture and lead from the front
• Manage staffing, rostering and performance in line with best practice
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
• Oversee budgets, occupancy and operational performance with support

• Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Residential Aged Care leadership (FM/DFC/CM level)
• Strong compliance mindset and clinical governance capability
