Description
A leading for-profit aged care provider is seeking an experienced and people-focused Facility Manager to oversee two well-established residential aged care homes located in close proximity to one another.

About the Role As the operational leader across two residential aged care homes, you will provide strategic oversight while supporting the leadership teams to deliver exceptional clinical, operational and financial outcomes.
This role combines operational leadership, clinical governance, workforce leadership and financial accountability within a collaborative and well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations across both residential aged care homes
- Mentor and support the leadership teams to achieve outstanding resident outcomes
- Drive occupancy, financial performance and operational efficiency
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff and key stakeholders
- Support recruitment, succession planning and leadership development
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across both services
- Monitor quality, risk, clinical governance and regulatory compliance
You will also bring:
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager, Residential Manager or multi-site aged care leader
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Confidence leading accreditation visits, audits and complaint resolution
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, occupancy and workforce performance
- Experience leading residential aged care services within Australia
