An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and people-focused Facility Manager to lead a well-established residential aged care home in Melbourne's inner north.

As the Facility Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the operational and clinical performance of the home, ensuring exceptional resident outcomes while fostering an engaged, positive and high-performing team culture.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll oversee compliance, financial performance, workforce engagement and continuous improvement while ensuring the home continues to provide outstanding person-centred care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership across all operational and clinical aspects of the home.
- Inspire, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Oversee clinical governance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage financial performance, budgets and workforce planning.
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on collaboration, accountability and respect.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience successfully leading a residential aged care home as a Facility or Residential Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with a contemporary, resident-centred approach that delivers exceptional care outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
- Passionate about driving continuous improvement and achieving best-practice outcomes for residents.
- An inspiring people leader with the ability to build, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
