An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Facility Manager to lead a large, fully compliant nursing home near Campsie. This role is with a well-established, for-profit aged care provider known for strong systems, support, and long-term career opportunities.

You’ll be stepping into a stable, well-structured home with clear leadership support and an experienced clinical team in place.

Leadership Structure:

Facility Manager → Care Manager → 2 x CCCs → RN → Care Staff

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have real influence across culture, performance, and quality outcomes.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day operations of a large residential nursing home
• Driving compliance, quality, and resident outcomes
• Coaching and developing a multidisciplinary leadership team
• Building a strong, engaged, and high-performing culture
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellence in care

• Proven experience as a Facility Manager in large residential aged care homes
• Strong compliance knowledge and leadership capability
• Ability to lead large teams and complex operations
