You will be instrumental in the overall success and wellbeing of the residence, its people, and its residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Leadership & Management: Lead and support leadership teams across Clinical, Environmental, Catering, Lifestyle, and Administration, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development
- Resident Care & Experience: Work closely with clinical leaders to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care that meets physical, emotional, and social needs
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance to ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Quality & Continuous Improvement: Drive quality, accreditation readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to aged care legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open, transparent communication with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
- Proven management experience in Residential Aged Care
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated accountability
- Comprehensive understanding of the aged care regulatory and compliance environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
