Step into your first Facility Manager role or take the next step in your leadership career within a well-supported, high-performing aged care home.
We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit provider to recruit a Facility Manager for a small, fully accredited residential service. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong Care Manager ready to step up into a Facility Manager position, with the support of an experienced leadership structure and centralised teams.
The home is stable, compliant, and recently refreshed, offering a positive environment for both residents and staff. With strong clinical and operational foundations already in place, this role will suit someone who is confident, hands-on, and ready to lead.

This is a well-supported home with access to travelling Quality, Education, and Lifestyle leaders, as well as additional organisational support including Spiritual Care Coordinators.
The leadership structure includes two Care Managers, providing strong clinical and operational support, making this an ideal environment for a first-time Facility Manager or someone looking to further develop their leadership capability.
The home also includes a dedicated memory support unit and has recently undergone refurbishment, with further improvements planned to enhance the resident experience.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (preferred)
- Experience in aged care leadership (Care Manager or above)
- Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance
- Ability to lead teams, drive culture, and manage operations
- Confident communicator with strong leadership presence
- Full Australian working rights
