Facility Manager – Aged Care (Not-for-Profit Provider)

An established not-for-profit aged care provider is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a 100-bed residential home.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a clinically strong and commercially aware leader who can drive operational performance, strengthen team capability and ensure accreditation readiness ahead of 2026.

You will lead a structured team:

Facility Manager > 2 x Care Managers > RNs > Carers

The Opportunity You will be responsible for:

• Full operational and financial performance of the home
• Clinical governance and quality outcomes
• Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team
• Accreditation preparation and compliance oversight
• Driving occupancy, culture and continuous improvement

• $150,000 super

• Current AHPRA registration (essential)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Facility Manager
• Proven track record leading accreditation processes
• Strong financial and operational acumen
