An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Aged Care General Manager to lead a residential aged care facility in Coffs Harbour.

The Role
As the General Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional clinical care and ensure strong operational performance in line with the new Aged Care Standards and organisational objectives.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residence
• Lead and support a skilled clinical and care team
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards, accreditation, and AN-ACC
• Drive performance, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture

• External AN-ACC, Quality, HR & Operations teams
• An experienced Clinical Care Manager on-site
• 24/7 Registered Nurse coverage

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA Registered)
• Proven experience in an aged care leadership role
• Strong operational and people leadership skills
• Solid understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation, and AN-ACC
• Confident with systems and reporting (Clinical Manager experience desirable)
• Current First Aid and National Police Check
• Full Australian working rights
