 A well-established residential aged care home in regional NSW is seeking an experienced and clinically capable Facility Manager to join the team.
 
This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a hands-on, resident-focused and approachable leader who enjoys remaining connected to residents, families and frontline teams. You will play a key role overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home while also supporting clinical care delivery as a Registered Nurse, helping residents receive safe, high-quality care every day.

About the Role
As the operational and clinical leader of the home, you will oversee, support and drive all aspects of service delivery across the facility.
 
This role combines operational leadership, clinical oversight, team management and resident care within a supportive and community-focused environment.
 
Unlike larger homes, this position allows you to remain hands-on and visible within the home, working alongside your team while leading the overall service.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the facility
• Support and provide clinical care as a Registered Nurse when required
• Manage and mentor nursing, care and lifestyle teams
• Drive compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders
• Oversee staffing, rosters and workforce planning
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes
• Maintain a positive culture focused on resident wellbeing and person-centred care

• Previous experience as a Facility Manager, Residential Manager, Care Manager or equivalent aged care leadership role
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience working within residential aged care
• Confidence managing accreditation, audits and compliance requirements
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary team
