A well-established medium sized residential aged care home in Dubbo is seeking an experienced and people-focused Facility Manager to join the team.

About the Role
As the operational leader of a medium residential aged care home, you will oversee clinical governance, operational performance and team leadership while ensuring exceptional resident outcomes.
This role combines clinical leadership, operational management, quality improvement and workforce development within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You'll be supported by an experienced Clinical Manager, Registered Nurses, care staff and a dedicated head office team providing governance, education and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a 74-bed residential aged care home.
• Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and accreditation outcomes.
• Support, mentor and develop clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Manage operational, financial and workforce performance across the service.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements.
• Foster a positive culture focused on continuous improvement and resident-centred care.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve strategic and operational objectives.

• Previous experience as a Facility Manager or Residential Manager within aged care.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements.
• Confidence managing compliance, audits, family concerns and operational performance.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional resident-centred care.
