A large residential aged care home is seeking an experienced and people-focused Facility Manager to join the team during an exciting period of growth and development.

About the Role
As the operational leader of a 100-bed home, you will oversee, support and drive all aspects of residential aged care operations.
This role combines clinical governance, operational leadership, team development and quality improvement within a well-established and supportive environment.
Working alongside a Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator and Regional leadership team, you will ensure strong resident outcomes, workforce engagement and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a 100-bed residential aged care home
- Manage clinical, operational and financial performance across the service
- Support and develop leaders, nurses and care staff
- Drive compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
- Oversee workforce planning, occupancy and service delivery outcomes
- Conduct performance reviews and support team development
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the home
About You
You are a supportive, organised and highly capable leader who genuinely enjoys building strong teams and delivering excellent resident outcomes.
You will also bring:
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager, Care Manager or senior aged care leader
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Confidence handling accreditation visits, complaints and compliance requirements
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within residential aged care
- Strong understanding of aged care clinical governance and quality systems
- Full Australian working rights
