A large residential aged care home is seeking an experienced and people-focused Facility Manager to join the team during an exciting period of growth and development.

About the Role
As the operational leader of a 100-bed home, you will oversee, support and drive all aspects of residential aged care operations.
 
This role combines clinical governance, operational leadership, team development and quality improvement within a well-established and supportive environment.
 
Working alongside a Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator and Regional leadership team, you will ensure strong resident outcomes, workforce engagement and regulatory compliance.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a 100-bed residential aged care home
• Manage clinical, operational and financial performance across the service
• Support and develop leaders, nurses and care staff
• Drive compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
• Oversee workforce planning, occupancy and service delivery outcomes
• Conduct performance reviews and support team development
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the home

• Previous experience as a Facility Manager, Care Manager or senior aged care leader
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Confidence handling accreditation visits, complaints and compliance requirements
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within residential aged care
• Strong understanding of aged care clinical governance and quality systems
• Full Australian working rights
