With strong clinical support already established, you'll have the opportunity to focus on leadership, culture, operational excellence, and resident outcomes rather than being caught up in day-to-day firefighting.

The Role

As Facility Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, including:

• Driving operational and financial performance
• Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
• Creating a positive workplace culture that attracts and retains great people
• Delivering exceptional resident outcomes and service excellence

• Has previous Facility Manager experience within Residential Aged Care (essential)
• AHPRA Registered Nurse (desirable but not essential if previous FM experience within Aged Care)
• Leads with authenticity, accountability, and compassion
• Understands how to balance clinical quality with operational performance
• Enjoys developing teams and creating positive workplace cultures
• Is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians
