A small, well-established residential aged care home in Holbrook is looking for an experienced and people-focused Facility Manager to lead the team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the close-knit feel of a smaller home, where you can genuinely get to know your residents, families and team.

You’ll be supported by an experienced Care Manager, Registered Nurses and care team, along with dedicated Governance and Education support from Head Office.

About the Role
As Facility Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the home, ensuring residents receive consistently high-quality care.
You will work closely with your Care Manager to lead the clinical and care teams, while maintaining strong relationships with residents, families and the wider organisation.
With Governance and Education support available from Head Office, you’ll have the resources around you to maintain quality, compliance and strong clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations and day-to-day performance of the home
• Support and develop the Care Manager, Registered Nurses and care team
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and the local community
• Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the service
• Maintain readiness against the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Lead workforce performance, engagement and development across the home
• Manage complaints, incidents and risks in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with Head Office Governance and Education teams

• Previous Facility Manager or senior aged care management experience
• Current AHPRA registration
• Residential aged care experience
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Experience leading teams through accreditation and compliance requirements
