Facility Manager
An established residential aged care provider is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join one of its residential services as part of ongoing succession planning and future workforce planning initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care leader who enjoys building strong teams, creating positive workplace cultures and delivering high-quality resident outcomes.
You will join a supportive organisation with a strong leadership structure and a genuine commitment to supporting its operational leaders.
About the Role
As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance and day-to-day management of a residential aged care home.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee service delivery, support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the home continues to provide exceptional care and services to residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational and clinical outcomes
• Foster a positive and engaged workplace culture
• Drive workforce stability, staff engagement and retention initiatives
• Manage budgets, occupancy and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with aged care legislation and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
• Lead continuous improvement and quality initiatives
• Support the ongoing development of leaders and team members
About You
You are an experienced, people-focused and commercially astute leader who enjoys developing teams and creating positive workplace environments.
You will also bring:
• Previous experience as a Facility Manager within residential aged care
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• Strong operational and financial management experience
• Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Experience driving workforce engagement and performance outcomes
• Full Australian working rights
