Facility Manager – Penrith, Sydney
Salary: $145,000 - $155,000

You’ll oversee a large, modern nursing home in Penrith, supported by a robust clinical and operational team and a strong executive structure that sets you up for success. The facility is fully compliant, with excellent systems and stability already in place — giving you the opportunity to focus on people, culture, and continuous improvement.

Reporting Structure:

CEO → COO → Facility Manager → 2 x Care Managers → 2 x Clinical Leads → Quality & Compliance Support → Nursing Staff
