Facility Manager

Lead with purpose as a Facility Manager within a large, well-established, community-focused aged care home, where you’ll play a key role in fostering a supportive and high-performing environment for both residents and staff. In this hands-on leadership role, you will drive excellence across care delivery, compliance, and team culture, supported by strong regional and central functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full operational management of the facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence
- Manage budgeting, rosters, and resources to maintain financial and operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and promote strong resident and staff engagement
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
- Implement and review quality care systems to maintain compliance and best practice
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA Registration.
- Previous experience in a Facility Manager (or similar) role within the aged care sector.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in a complex care environment.
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding model, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated operational and financial management experience, including budgeting, rostering, and resource planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to foster a positive workplace culture and support staff development.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Other relevant qualifications in Healthcare, Business, or Management (desirable).
