• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the home
• Lead and inspire clinical and non-clinical teams

• Proven experience as a Facility Manager in aged care
• AHPRA Registered Nurse (preferred)
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance
• A confident, values-driven leader with strong presence
• Experience leading teams, driving culture, and improving performance
• Commercial awareness with a focus on quality outcomes
