Description
Are you an experienced aged care leader ready to take ownership of a substantial residential service? We are partnering with a well-established aged care provider seeking a high-performing Facility Manager to lead a large residential aged care facility in Manly West.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where you will oversee all aspects of operations, clinical governance, workforce leadership, compliance, occupancy, and financial performance within a large and complex service.

The Role
As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the facility, ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
You will:
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams
- Drive quality, compliance and accreditation outcomes
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment and performance management
- Manage budgets, occupancy and operational performance
- Foster a positive, resident-focused culture
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change management activities
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience as a Residential Service Manager, Facility Manager or equivalent aged care leadership role
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards and accreditation requirements
- Demonstrated success managing large teams and complex operations
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving operational, financial and quality outcomes
- Registered Nurse qualifications highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to lead confidently through periods of organisational change
