About You

We're looking to speak with experienced Facility Managers who have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience leading a residential aged care home.
• A proven track record of achieving strong clinical, operational and financial outcomes.
• The ability to inspire, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional resident care and fostering a positive workplace culture.
