E4 People is partnering with a well-established aged care provider to appoint a Service Manager for a medium-sized residential aged care home in the Plainland region.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established service, supported by an experienced regional leadership team and a positive workplace culture. You'll play a key role in driving clinical excellence, developing your team, and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care.
Whether you're an experienced Facility Manager looking for your next challenge or a strong Care Manager ready to step into your first site leadership role, this position offers the support and structure needed to succeed.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance of the service, leading clinical, operational, financial and people outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing visible and supportive leadership across the home
- Driving quality care outcomes and clinical excellence
- Leading accreditation readiness, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing operational and financial performance
- Supporting occupancy and community engagement initiatives
- Coaching, mentoring and developing your leadership and clinical teams
- Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and resident-centred care
About You
You will bring:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Experience in a leadership role within residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound commercial and operational acumen
- A passion for delivering outstanding resident outcomes
- Experienced Facility Managers / Service Managers
- Deputy Facility Managers
- Care Managers ready to progress into a Facility Management position
