Facility Manager | Residential Aged Care | Clinical Leader

We are partnering with a well-established aged care provider to recruit a clinical Facility Manager for a residential service. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a fully compliant home with a long-standing team and minimal reliance on agency staff.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home
• Lead and support clinical and non-clinical teams

• Work closely with the Care Manager and Clinical Care Coordinator

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Facility Manager
• Strong clinical background and leadership capability
• Proven ability to manage teams and maintain compliance
• Stable work history with good tenure
• Confident communicator with strong leadership presence
• Full Australian working rights
