• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care outcomes.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong experience as a Facility Manager, Residential Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior leadership role within residential aged care.
• Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent understanding of quality, compliance and governance within aged care.
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Passionate about building positive workplace cultures and developing high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
