We are partnering with a respected aged care provider seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a welcoming and well-established residential aged care home in Melbourne's south-east.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care, service, and resident experience
- Inspire, support, and develop multidisciplinary teams to create a positive and engaged workplace culture
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care in line with organisational values and industry standards
- Oversee staffing, occupancy, budgets, and operational performance
- Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance outcomes for residents and staff
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and external stakeholders
- Support accreditation activities and uphold strong clinical governance practices
- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve strategic and operational objectives
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager, Residential Manager, or equivalent leadership role within residential aged care
- Demonstrated success leading larger aged care homes of 100 beds, with responsibility for both operational and clinical performance
- A visible and approachable leadership style that brings teams together and creates a positive workplace culture
- Strong knowledge of aged care operations, quality standards, accreditation, occupancy, and financial performance
- Experience leading change and supporting teams through periods of growth, improvement, and transformation
- The ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, staff, and key stakeholders
- A balanced approach to leadership, combining strong operational management with genuine compassion and resident-focused care
- A commitment to creating an environment where residents receive exceptional care and staff feel valued, supported, and empowered
