Facility Manager | Western Sydney
$155,000–$160,000 + Super + Bonus
Ready to take the next step in your aged care leadership career? This is an exciting opportunity to lead a large residential aged care home with a strong clinical structure and the backing of a well-established provider.
We’re partnering with a large, established for-profit aged care organisation seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead its home near St Clair.
With a fully compliant facility and an established leadership structure, this is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader to drive operational performance, support clinical excellence and lead a team focused on delivering quality resident care.
The Opportunity
- Salary: $155,000–$160,000 + Super + Bonus
- Location: Near St Clair
- Facility: Large residential aged care home
- Leadership Structure: FM > CM > CCC > RNs
- Compliance: Fully compliant home
- Provider: Large, well-established for-profit organisation
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years' experience as a Facility Manager in residential aged care
- Strong clinical and operational leadership capabilities
- A commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
- The ability to lead, develop and support clinical teams while maintaining strong compliance standards
