About You

We're looking to speak with experienced Facility Managers who have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience leading a residential aged care home.
• A proven track record of delivering strong clinical, operational and financial outcomes.
• The ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for driving quality care, compliance and positive workplace culture.
