We are partnering with a respected not-for-profit provider to recruit a Facility Manager. This is an opportunity for an experienced, clinically strong leader to take ownership of a home with solid foundations and lead the next phase of improvement and growth.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home
• Lead and support clinical and non-clinical teams

• Build relationships with residents, families, and the wider community
• Support the introduction of innovative programs, including intergenerational initiatives
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
• Previous experience as a Facility Manager
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capability
• Experience driving quality improvements and change management
• Ability to engage and lead teams effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
