• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility
• Lead, mentor, and support your Care Managers and clinical team
• Maintain and enhance compliance, quality, and accreditation standards

• AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential)
• 3 years’ experience as a Facility Manager within aged care
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive performance
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance
• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style
