The Role
As Facility Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of the home, leading both clinical and operational functions. You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive team culture, driving compliance, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, resident-centred care.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving performance, and creating an environment where both staff and residents can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
  • Inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team, promoting accountability and a strong care culture
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, rostering, and resource allocation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of care delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholders
  • Monitor and enhance quality and clinical governance systems
About You
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (NOT ESSENTIAL) 
  • Proven experience in a Facility Manager (or similar leadership) role within aged care
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, and compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operations, budgets, and workforce planning
  • A confident and supportive leader with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for fostering a positive culture and developing teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • Relevant qualifications in Health, Business, or Management (desirable)
