We arew partnering with a highly respected NFP aged care provider to recruit a Governance & Quality Manager. This is a key role reporting to the Manager of Operations and working alongside an experienced Quality Manager.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused and confident leading quality and governance initiatives across multiple sites.

The Role

• Support and strengthen the organisation’s clinical governance framework.
• Work closely with the Quality Manager to enhance systems and processes.
• Review audit gaps passed on by the Audit Manager and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement corrective actions and sustainable improvement strategies.
• Manage the Quality Management Plan and ensure all policies are current and compliant.
• Drive a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement across the organisation.

• Experience in clinical governance, quality or compliance (aged care or health preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and find practical solutions.
• Confident working proactively and collaborating with operational and clinical leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
